Katrina is both a passionate student and teacher of Vinyasa yoga. She discovered yoga as a college student looking for a holistic outlet to manage her stress. She found there was more to yoga than just the physical activity, inviting more mindfulness and ease into her life. She attributes her yoga practice as the anchor that keeps her grounded and positive through all that life throws her way!

Why do you love teaching yoga? 

The benefits I’ve gained within my own yoga practice drive me to want to share and connect with students as a teacher. Through yoga I have gained presence and the ability to push my boundaries. I love encouraging others to find new levels of possibilities in their minds and bodies and truly show up for themselves.
